By accessing or using the Hiremasterplatform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hiremaster provides an AI-powered hiring analysis platform that helps organizations evaluate candidates through automated scoring, structured shortlists, talent pool management, and AI-assisted interviews. The Service is designed for use by employers, HR teams, and recruitment agencies.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent candidate data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics
- Access the Service using automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent
- Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Hiremaster a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use Your Data for purposes unrelated to the Service without your consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including the upload of candidate data, complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR) and that you have obtained necessary consents from data subjects.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze candidate profiles and generate scores, insights, and recommendations. These outputs are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. You are responsible for exercising independent judgment and ensuring compliance with fair hiring practices.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is owned byHiremaster and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
8. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiremaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will provide a reasonable period to export Your Data before permanent deletion.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hiremaster is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
