Build and improve the candidate-facing hiring experience across jobs, assessments and AI interviews
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own candidate-facing experiences across Jobs, Assessments and AI Interview flows at Hiremaster. You will build and improve Next.js interfaces, integrate Firestore-backed APIs, and optimize conversion from job view to completed application.
The ideal candidate has strong React, Next.js and TypeScript experience, knows form design, validation, accessibility and performance, and can work comfortably with product and design teams.
You will ship production features end-to-end, monitor funnel quality, and improve reliability in hiring workflows.
Build job discovery, application, assessment and AI interview UI. Integrate APIs and Firestore data. Improve conversion and reliability metrics.
4+ years React and Next.js. Strong TypeScript. Form validation experience. Firebase or similar backend experience. Turkish and English communication.
